Career Networking

The Penn Alumni Career Network, or PACNet, is a searchable database of alumni who have volunteered to provide career-related guidance and support to current students and fellow alumni. Search PACNet’s database of career advisors based on a variety of criteria, such as industry, job type, undergraduate major, geographical location, and mentoring interest.

Career Planning/Services

Penn's Career Services office is free and available to alumni at any stage in their career. Contact Sharon Fleshman,  our GSE representative, or visit the Penn GSE Career Services website for career guidance, resume help, or any other career-related needs.

Transcripts and Diplomas

For questions about your degree or transcripts, contact the Registrar’s Office or call 215.898.6411.  To acquire a copy of your diploma, contact the Office of the Secretary at 215.898.7005.

Permanent Email Forwarding

Penn GSE alumni are eligible for permanent email forwarding through the University.  For more information, join the Penn Alumni Community.  Please note that your GSE student email address expires approximately six months after your graduation date.  Any other internal GSE IT resources and access, as well as Penn Card access, expire immediately following your graduation.

Penn Alumni Card

All Penn GSE alumni are eligible to obtain a Penn Alumni Card.  This card provides exclusive Penn Alumni benefits, including the following: a 10% discount at the Penn Bookstore; a 10% discount on tickets to the Annenberg Center’s Penn Presents and Dance Celebrations performances; free use of the Penn Escort Services and the Penn Bus; $2 off admission to the Morris Arboretum and the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology; and access to the VanPelt Library.

PENNefits

All Penn GSE alumni are eligible for University-wide PENNefits, including discounts on Kaplan Test Prep, insurance, computers, and car rentals and access to Penn Alumni Podcasts and the Penn Alumni Travel Program.

Reconnect with Classmates

Join the Penn Alumni Community to search for lost friends and colleagues.  If you’re unable to join – or to find your classmate – send a sealed, stamped letter to the Penn GSE Office of Development and Alumni Relations at the address below.  The Alumni Relations staff will check with your correspondent before forwarding your letter or notify you if no information is on file. 

Class Notes

Keep Penn GSE and your fellow alumni updated on your most recent news and accomplishments – and find out what members of your cohort have accomplished.  You may also notify us of your news by sending a letter to the Penn GSE Office of Development and Alumni Relations.

Library Privileges

Many of the resources of the Penn Library, including online resources, are available for use by Penn alumni. For information about weekend and holiday access to the libraries, courtesy borrowing, and other alumni privileges, visit the library website

Pottruck Center Gym Membership

For an annual membership fee of $650, Penn GSE alumni receive full access to the Pottruck Center.  Penn GSE alumni are also eligible for the Alumni Early Bird Membership, which has an annual fee of $300 and provides facility access between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m., Monday through Friday.  For more information, visit their website or call Membership Services at 215.898.6100. 

Faculty Club at the University of Pennsylvania

For an annual membership fee of $65, Penn GSE Alumni can access everything the University Club at Penn has to offer, including dining privileges; discounts at Inn at Penn restaurants; and membership in the Association of College and University Clubs, which provides access to more than 100 other Faculty Clubs worldwide.  Visit their website for more information.  

Legacy Admissions for Penn Alumni
