Join the Philadelphia Writing Project (PhilWP) and local educators for a day of learning, reflections, and joy as we share promising practices for supporting writing and literacy among young people!

Teacher Research and Knowledge: A Celebration of Writing and Literacy is an annual one-day conference presented by and for Philadelphia educators.  This year's conference hosted in partnership with the Teachers Institute of Philadelphia (TIP)Mighty Writers and Penn GSE's Reading/Writing/Literacy and Teacher Education programs, will focus on teacher research and knowledge and the relationship between theory and practice.  We are looking for a wide range of presentations from practitioners both in and outside of the classroom that advance student literacy learning.
