Admissions to the Educational Leadership Program for Aspiring Principals requires the following experience and student commitment:

Three years experience as a teacher

Released time of five days across the year for focused observations

On-site internship of 240 hours with a district principal, arranged by the intern

Participation in coursework includes:

	Leadership Seminar, which meets on Tuesdays from 4:30–8:00 PM
	Weekend seminars on Saturdays (one per month)
	Focused observations in schools
	For the master's degree, completion of a master's research paper
