CliftonStrengths, an assessment developed by Gallup and used in a variety of educational and professional contexts, provides a framework for individuals to first identify their unique combination of talents and then develop them. This program will focus on providing participants with an understanding of what a strength is, what their strengths are, and how they can approach maximizing them personally and/or professionally. Participants will need to take the online assessment and will receive instructions for doing so in advance of the session.
Over 50 percent of the U.S. workforce self-identifies as introverts. The good news is that you’re not alone, and you can learn how to network. In today’s world, we all need multiple networks: those that provide support and those that provide connections. This webinar will explore ways that you can strategically play to your strengths as an introvert to network, and how you can leverage your existing relationships.
It is easy enough to set up a LinkedIn account, but can feel much more daunting to actually use LinkedIn to grow your network in a way that helps your own career development. If you are nervous about networking, cautious about connecting, and generally confused about what concrete next steps to take with your outreach using LinkedIn, then join this online webinar. We will talk about getting started with your personal branding, leveraging alumni and other professional networks, and being active on LinkedIn to increase your visibility and potential value to others.
