CLUB QUARTERS

access to the University via public transport (trolley or

tight budget? HI-USA Hostel on Bank Street is about three and a half
miles from Penn, downtown on the Delaware River. Ideally located for
city night-life; easy public transportation to the University. Rooms
are $22/night for HI (Hostelling International) members, $25 for
non-members. Payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Money Orders or
travelers checks only. No personal checks (guests can use a credit card

BED AND BREAKFASTS
THE CARRIAGE HOUSE

policy. Entire guest cottage available as either a one-bedroom or
two-bedroom rental. Occupancy rate is $150 for a one-bedroom, $225 for
a two-bedroom (plus 14% tax). Free Parking. Up to two people may stay
in each room at the regular rates; rollaway beds are available for up
to two additional people at $10.00 per person. Continental breakfast
included in room rate. Minimum 2-night stay required. Deposit with
reservation required.

required prior to arrival or equal to half of entire stay (which ever
is greater). A two-night minimum is required on weekends. Rates range

breakfast. Rates are for single/double occupancy. There is a $65 fee
per night for each additional guest in suites (up to 4 people) and

and cable television. Computer station available and free wireless
internet. A refrigerator and microwave are available for guest use. A
roll away bed may be added to some rooms to accommodate another person
for an additional $25.00 charge.
