Executive Programs

Penn GSE is dedicated to making opportunitites for education available practicing professionals in the education and human services sectors.  Our School has pioneered in the development of high-quality executive education programs for both masters and doctoral students, enabling them to gain knowledge that will inform their professional practice and to earn a degree that serves their long-term professional goals.

Penn GSE's executive programs serve working professionals in K-12 education, higher education, corporate learning and human services through intensive weekend and week-long classes and seminars, and extensive contact with factuly and fellow students.  Programs include the Executive Doctorate in Higher Education Management, the Executive Master's in Professional School Counseling, the Mid-Career Doctorate in Educational Leadership, and the Work-Based Learning Leadership Program (joint with Wharton).
