The Delaware Valley Minority Student Achievement Consortium is a network of 25 suburban school districts and 2 county intermediate units in the Greater Philadelphia region that are committed to working together to enhance the achievement and well-being of all of their students. We seek to measurably and appreciably reduce the disparities in achievement and school engagement between African American and Hispanic students and their Caucasian and Asian peers within and among our collective Consortium districts.
