Research indicates that institutional policies and practices can directly and positively affect doctoral students in overcoming barriers to completing the dissertation. Commonly identified obstacles include:

  • Isolation
  • Lack of structure
Our goal is to provide you with on-going services, resources and programs to support you throughout the dissertation process.

CAPS Dissertation Support Group

Join the CAPS Dissertation Support Group. This CAPS group is designed to provide structure, support, and validation of the complex challenges involved in successful dissertation completion. It is for doctoral students who have completed coursework and prelims.
