Over 400 students will enter GSE this fall. Of that number, the majority are in M.S.Ed. programs, including teacher education, higher education, TESOL, and psychological services; just under 100 students are candidates for Ed.D. and Ph.D. degrees.
The incoming class is a diverse group, coming from 33 states and 11 countries, ranging from Egypt to Costa Rica.
Academically, their GRE scores continue to support GSE’s high standing. In both the verbal and the quantitative sections of the GRE, GSE students’ average scores top 600; the total scores range from 1210 to 1510. Students’ scores on the quantitative section of the test are generally higher than their scores on the verbal portion.
“This class is one of the strongest we have admitted to GSE,” said Senior Associate Director of Admissions Jung Lee. “These students bring a great deal to the school, and we look forward to their achievements."
