GSE Prof. Bob Zemsky will discuss his new book, Making Reform Work: The Case for Transforming American Higher Education at the Penn Bookstore, 36th and Walnut Streets.
Zemsky offers three rules for successful college and university transformation and explains why improving higher education will require faculty leadership and a strategy for enhancing the system overall.
