PENN GSE EXECUTIVE PROGRAMS
The Penn Graduate School of Education offers a variety of executive education programs, continuing education courses, and intensive professional development institutes.

Mid-Career Doctorate in Educational Leadership
The Mid-Career Doctorate in Educational Leadership is for professionals who want to pursue their visions of leadership for public and private educational organizations. Graduates will be prepared to lead the ongoing transformations of educational organizations as superintendents, chief executive officers, chief academic officers, principals, independent school leaders, supervisors, and private sector educational entrepreneurs.

Educational Leadership Program for Aspiring Principals
The Educational Leadership Program for Aspiring Principals is a newly designed cohort model of leadership development that focuses on the competencies and confidence of instructional leaders. This intensive program integrates coursework into an on-site, 180-hour internship and enables program candidates to earn their Principals Certificate in one year and their master's degree in two years.

WHARTON/IRHE EXECUTIVE EDUCATION FOR HIGHER EDUCATION
In conjunction with Wharton Executive Education, The Institute for Research on Higher Education offers Wharton/IRHE, a four-day intensive program for five- member leadership teams charged with determining strategies and developing an action plan for
accomplishing a real institutional priority.

The program uses an action learning model to convey management principles, to help build leadership teams, and to address a real problem facing participating universities, colleges, and community colleges.
