How can I get in contact with GSE International?
- The best way to contact us is through e-mail. Send a detailed e-mail with your contact information to intlprog@gse.upenn.edu and someone from our office will respond as soon as possible.
I am traveling to Philadelphia and would be interested in meeting with GSE International. How may I arrange a one-on-one meeting?
- While we welcome all students, visiting scholars, faculty or other visitors, we kindly ask that you make an appointment in advance. Please e-mail us so we can discuss the possibilities and details of a meeting.
Where is your office located?
- The GSE building is at the corner of Walnut Street and 37th Street. Our office is located on the second floor of the Graduate School of Education building, in the Administrative Offices suite.
What is the difference between GSE International Programs Office and
Penn Office of International Programs?- GSE International coordinates the Graduate School of Education's international initiatives and furthers GSE's international mission. We work with a variety of institutions to create and maintain international opportunities for collaboration between faculty, students, and staff.
Penn's Office of International Programs (OIP) assists international students, research scholars, staff, faculty, and foreign nationals currently affiliated with the University. They act as the main immigration resource for the Penn community and are the University’s liaison with various U.S. government agencies.

Who should I contact for more information?- For international student questions (visa documents, forms, change of status updates), please contact the International Students and Scholars (ISS) Office, located in the International House building on Chestnut Street and 37th Street.
