| The Mid-Career Doctorate provides the time and space that educational leaders like you need to focus on their academic work. The program accommodates students working full-time, including those at senior levels at districts and organizations across the country. Students meet once every three or four weeks for two and a half days at a time (Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday). A one-week summer meeting offers modules in condensed blocks.
Once you arrive in Philadelphia, you can direct your entire attention to the academic tasks at hand, leaving behind the pressures and distractions of your office and home. You pay a single price for the program, which includes all tuition and fees, books and materials, and meals. Lodging on the University of Pennsylvania's campus is available for students coming from a distance. Access to small-group meeting rooms, Internet connectivity, fitness facilities, and other amenities typically associated with a leading executive education program are available, so that you can use your time in Philadelphia to maximum effect.
