Thanks to all those who came back to campus for Homecoming 2008 on November 1st!

Ethnography in Education Research Forum

The Ethnography Forum is the largest annual meeting of qualitative researchers in education and takes place annually at Penn GSE. On this 30th anniversary of the Ethnography in Education Research Forum, we reflect on Dell Hymes' vision of anthropology in the service of social justice.  For more information, click here.

American Education Research Association (AERA)

AERA, the most prominent international professional organization for educational researchers, convenes a general meeting each year. Each year, Penn GSE invites alumni to join faculty and students at its AERA reception. The 2009 meeting will be held in San Diego, California, from April 13 to 17.
