Pat's King of Steaks, at 1237 E. Passyunk Avenue. Its location at the intersection of Passyunk, Wharton and 9th places Pat's right across the street from arch rival Geno's. Cheesesteaks the Philly way are made with thinly sliced steak, melted cheese (locals prefer Cheez Whiz) and fried onions.
