Membership
The Penn Center for Educational Leadership, as a
district membership organization, targets is services to
regional school districts that want to join a committed
network of educational leaders who seek to work together
and utilize the knowledge capital and resources of the University
to improve the leadership and instructional quality of their
education programs. We seek an on-going partner relationship
with forward-thinking districts that are:
- committed to developing programs and services that
maximize student achievement and personal development,
- committed to on-going organizational reflection and
education program improvement, and
- committed to building the leadership capacity of their
teachers, administrators and support staff all levels
to support improved student learning and development.

- superintendent's annual membership in the Penn Center
for School Study Councils
- discounted registration fees to all PCEL-sponsored conferences,
institutes, courses and workshops for district teams and
individual district teachers, administrators and support
staff
- complimentary members-only colloquia, seminars and workshops
- complimentary registration for two attendees to the
annual spring PCEL leadership conference
- appropriate PA Act 48 hours, American Psychological
Association and National Board of Certified Counselors
for all courses, workshops and institutes
- access to custom in-district training, technical assistance
and consultation services
- access to joint grant development opportunities with
the Graduate School of Education
District Membership Fees
District membership dues of $3900 support the sustained
and on-going development of high quality programs and services
delivered through the Penn Center for Educational Leadership.
Annual membership will run from July 1 to June 30.
