• activities to engage the full range of stakeholders–inside and outside the formal school district or organization–in ways the board deems most helpful in the decision-making role 
• a “Compendium of Services” that begins with issues like temporary services before the search begins to board-superintendent team-building and leadership coaching after the search is over 
• an inclusive search that offers the most services in the market place at the lowest cost
