Director

             Vanessa Brown is a School District of Philadelphia teacher on special assignment serving as full-time Director of the Philadelphia Writing Project since 2001. She is PhilWP’s Site Coordinator for Project Outreach and chairs the expanded leadership team. She is a K-12 Scholar with the Carnegie Foundation for the Scholarship of Teaching.
