Adam Isen is a fifth year doctoral candidate in Applied Economics at the Wharton School of Business.  His primary interests are public, labor, and health economics, with a focus on the economics of education.  Adam is currently examining the efficiency of local public good provision.   He earned a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
