About the Program

Overview

The Leadership for Employee Engagement certificate program provides accelerated professional learning for managers and leaders in corporations, government institutions, and nonprofits. Managers are being called to redefine and reshape corporate culture to promote more inclusive, productive, and satisfying work-life experiences for employees that not only support employee engagement and well-being, but also support organizational efficiency and productivity.

This program offers fifteen synchronous sessions across four modules and is led by faculty whose diverse expertise will provide insight into cultivating and enhancing employee engagement. Over the course of the program, participants will discuss, collaborate, and work toward developing individual action plans consisting of reflections, strategies, and resources to implement within their organizations.  

The program curriculum focuses on topics including, but not limited to:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Culture and Belonging
  • Team Effectiveness

Before and after each virtual session, you will complete readings and assignments asynchronously through Penn GSE’s learning platform. All assignments will relate directly to your current work, allowing you to make meaningful and immediate connections in your current role.
