Innovation begins with you: Teaching in a changing school landscape

Saturday, October 29, 2016 -
9:00am to 11:00am
Penn GSE, Room 121 | 3700 Walnut Street

Much attention has been focused on how schools and school systems can be overhauled. But research shows that teachers can have the biggest impact on student performance and improvement. Dr. Michael Nakkula (Human Development and Quantitative Methods Division), Anne Pomerantz (Educational Linguistics Division), and a guest from the Innovative School Network address these topics and more in a panel and open discussion. This event is hosted by Penn GSE’s The Educator’s Playbook, the Teacher Education Program, and the Office of Alumni Relations.
