Join us for the 27th annual colloquium, commemorating the scholarly and program-building contributions of the late Dr. Nessa Wolfson, founding director of the Programs in Educational Linguistics, TESOL, and Intercultural Communication, and founding chair of the Language in Education Division. This event welcomes new students into the intellectual community and brings together alumni and colleagues locally, nationally, and internationally. 

 Dr. Lourdes Ortega, Professor of Linguistics at Georgetown University, will give a talk tilted “Second Language Acquisition in Uncertain Times: Disciplinary Constraints, Transdisciplinary Hopes.”
