Wednesday, February 25, 2015 -
5:00pm to 6:00pm

Many people experience the imposter syndrome at some point in their lives, believing that they are not as competent as everyone seems to think they are. In fact, if you have ever entertained this thought, you are in the company of likes of Tina Fey, Sheryl Sandberg, and Rafa Nadal among others.  Join Basima Tewfik, a Wharton PhD student in the Management Department, as she reviews research on the topic and lays out strategies on how to deal with the syndrome. This talk is co-sponsored by the Graduate School of Education Wellness Program.
