De-Stress Fest!

Just like that, you are halfway done with the year and some of you, halfway done with your program, and some, graduating in December. Stop by the GSE Student Lobby and grab a bagel/coffee, tea bags, fidget spinners, stress balls, or some adult coloring books and color the stress away! Starts December 10th, 2018 and end, December 14th, 2018.

Each morning, there will be coffee, tea, fidget spinners, stress balls & adult coloring books. 

Be sure to post on social media with #GSEtakescare to enter a lottery for a collection of Penn paraphenalia! We want to see what you're doing to care for yourself during finals! 

On Monday, Dec. 10th, be sure to stop by the lobby between 12-2PM to pick up your care package! Lots of goodies to help you study & self care during finals. 

On Tuesday, Dec. 11th, swing by room 114 between 4:15-6PM to visit Ohlin the therapy dog! Hot chocolate will be provided & dog pats are guaranteed!

On Tuesday and Thursday (the 11th and 13th), meet one of the Student Services staff in the GSE louge for a snack & chat. 

Wednesday Dec. 12th, join Christina Kuo for crafts & snacks in the lounge. Taking a break and using your creative side only promotes well-being and success!

Finally, on Friday Dec. 14th, the winner of the #GSEtakescare social media lottery will be revealed! Be sure to post how you self care during finals to enter the contest & win a collection of Penn paraphenalia!
