Dr. Haisheng Yang joins the Fall 2024 Seminar Series to present “Evaluating Guaranteed Income Pilots” Oct. 18 at 12 p.m. in Silverstein Forum. The Fall Seminar Series is sponsored by the Penn IES Predoctoral Training Program and open to Penn students, faculty, and staff.

The IES Predoctoral Program welcomes Dr. Haisheng Yang for our Fall Seminar Series.
Dr. Haisheng Yang, Abt Associates
Dr. Haisheng Yang is an Associate at Abt Associates, where he serves as the Director of Analysis for guaranteed income projects. He has extensive experience conducting descriptive and statistical analyses for state, federal, and private agencies. Additionally, Dr. Yang has contributed to various quantitative projects, including evaluations for the Institute of Educational Sciences, the Conrad N. Hilton foundation, and Compass Working Capital. Dr. Yang earned his Ph.D. in Education Policy at Penn GSE in 2021.
