The IES Predoctoral Program welcomes Dr. NaLette Brodnax for our Fall Seminar Series.

“Carceral Ideology: A New Framework for Examining Equity in Education”

Presented by NaLette Brodnax, Georgetown University

Dr. NaLette Brodnax is an Assistant Professor in the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University and a William T. Grant Scholar (c/o 2028). She earned a joint Ph.D. in Public Policy and Political Science from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. Dr. Brodnax specializes in data science, randomized experiments, cost-benefit analysis, program evaluation, and econometrics. Dr. Brodnax’s presentation is titled “Carceral Ideology: A New Framework for Examining Equity in Education.”
