Join GSE for a workshop centering the international student experiences of navigating race, culture, and identity in the United States. This series happens once a month. Register online for the Spring dates (January 18th, February 22nd, March 15th, and April 12th). The workshops are from 4-6PM in Stiteler Hall (208 S 37th Street).

This month's workshop is titled "Intro to LGBTQ+ Issues," and will be facilitated by Jax Lastinger, M.S.Ed. Candidate and Diversity and Inclusion Fellow at Penn GSE. Participants who attend this workshop can expect to gain an introductory level understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and terminology.

In this series, we explore global perspectives on identity and social justice by expanding the conversation outside the borders of the United States.
This event is part of a six-part series designed specifically with GSE international students in mind, but we welcome anyone interested! The series is facilitated by Lauren Scicluna and Ayoung Lee.

If you have any questions or concerns, or if you have registered but are no longer able to make it, please reach out to Jax Lastinger, current Diversity and Inclusion Fellow in the Office of Student Services at Penn GSE. You can reach them at ljlast@gse.upenn.edu.
