In the spirit of nurturing our intellectual community at GSE, HEARD hosts a critical theory book discussion and lunch series. The goal is to talk about cutting-edge and challenging theoretical scholarship on social justice in a relaxed, conversational manner.
Our first meeting this fall will focus on Decolonizing Universalism: A Transnational Feminist Ethic by Serene J. Khader. This discussion will be facilitated by Dr. Sigal Ben-Porath, and boxed lunches will be provided. Registration is required and seats will be limited. We hope you'll join us!
