Join Dr. Zachary Herrmann, Director of the Penn GSE Project-Based Learning Certificate Program, associated faculty at the Graduate School of Education, and lecturer at the Wharton School, for a professional development workshop on February 1st, 2019, from 1:30-3:30PM. Come prepared to explore challenges in leadership, personal development, and goal achievement. Effective leadership is a cognitively demanding task, requiring both adept emotional intelligence as well as expert technical skill. Consequently, most of us must develop as individuals in order to develop as leaders. This workshop will focus on the significant intra-personal demands of leadership, and will engage participants in an exploration of a personal leadership goal. The workshop will be held in Stiteler Hall (208 S. 37th St.), room B32. Refreshments will be provided.
Please note that registration is capped at 20 participants.
