Join us for an interactive panel on the Black Lives Matter work involving Philadelphia youth and educators. Panelists will highlight local projects, campaigns, and initiatives, and participants will come away with tools that support educators and researchers wishing to engage in this work. We hope this event will inspire educational leaders and audience members to follow the leadership of youth, parents, and teachers carrying the BLM movement forward.

Speakers include:
Hannah Gann, of The Workshop School/Racial Justice Organizing Committee/West Philly Participatory Defense Hub
Christopher R. Rogers, of National Black Lives Matter at School/Penn GSE
Ismael Jimenez, of BLM Philly/Philadelphia Black History Collaborative

Moderator: Cecilia Fries, Penn GSE Graduate Student
