The Penn Learning Network (PLN) Fall Symposium is an annual gathering of educators, school and district leaders, higher education professionals, and education partners committed to shaping the future of teaching and learning. Each year, the symposium explores a timely theme through the lens of research, practice, and collaboration, creating space for meaningful dialogue, innovative thinking, and practical application.
This year's theme, Future Ready, invites participants to consider what it means to prepare learners—and ourselves—for a rapidly evolving world. As advances in artificial intelligence, changing workforce demands, and increasingly complex educational environments reshape our work, educators are challenged to lead with curiosity, adaptability, and purpose.
Join colleagues from across the region for a day of engaging keynote presentations, interactive learning experiences, and collaborative conversations that bridge research and practice. Together, we'll explore innovative approaches to teaching, leadership, and school improvement while building connections with others who are committed to preparing students for success in an uncertain and exciting future.
