Want to chat face-to-face with an admissions representative?

Mindfulness is “paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.” - Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. Mindful communication practices shine awareness of our intentions in communication. We learn: how to be intentional, stay present, observe our thoughts, and manage our feelings for both listening and being heard - true communication. In this experiential workshop, you'll see how mindful communication can help you become more intentional, engaged, and effective both at home and in the workplace. No prior meditation or mindfulness experience necessary.

As we continue to look for new ways to connect during these times, the GSE Community-Building Committee (CBC) is excited to introduce the GSE Virtual Breakroom. Each 3rd Thursday of the month, the breakroom will be open from 12:30pm-1:30pm for all to drop by. Join us for most of the time or even 5 minutes to say hi, and family and pets are welcomed.
