Higher Education, M.S.Ed.

Politics and Economics, B.A. University of Virginia

Hi y’all! My name is Chi, and I am a full-time M.S.Ed. student in the Higher Education program. I was originally born in the metropolitan Hong Kong and have grown up in wild and wonderful West Virginia since five. I am a first-generation, low-income (FGLI) student and am happy to discuss my experiences if you also identify the same. In addition to being an Ambassador, I am a Graduate Associate (read: I live with undergraduate first-years) in the Quad and am Vice President of GSE’s Student Government.

Here’s a short list featuring some of my personal traits:

  • Avid football and basketball fan
  • In a long-term relationship with coffee
  • Self-proclaimed dad joke enthusiast
  • Organizational patterns of Leslie Knope with diet of Ron Swanson from ‘Parks & Rec’
  • ESFJ: aka my personality is like Ariana Grande
