Penn GSE is committed to the health and well-being of those in our community and those visiting our community. In response to the coronavirus, Penn GSE will not be offering on-campus visits – either appointments or walk-ins – until further notice.

During this time, we continue to welcome prospective students to request a virtual or phone meeting with a program manager in their academic area(s) of interest.

Prospective students are invited to schedule meetings with program managers in their academic program of interest, subject to program manager availability.

We encourage prospective students to attend a Friday Virtual Chats or Open House event prior to requesting a Virtual Program Meeting.

Please complete the following form to schedule such a meeting, and you will receive an email from the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid with follow-up information.

Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are necessary to arrange your meeting. No plans are finalized until you receive confirmation.

Please indicate two dates and times of availability so that we can coordinate your meeting. We recommend providing at least 7 days advance notice so that our office can accommodate your request. Program meetings can only be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
