Program Meeting Request Form

Prospective students are invited to schedule meetings with program managers in their academic program of interest, subject to program manager availability.

Please be aware that we are unable to schedule any program meetings between December 18, 2019, and January 18, 2020, because faculty, staff, and students are on winter recess. We would be happy to assist you to schedule a campus visit for dates after January 20, 2020. All campus visit requests will be processed in the order that they were received when we return to the office.

While most of our programs can accommodate in-person meetings, the following programs are only available to meet online or over the phone:

  • Education Entrepreneurship, M.S.Ed.
  • Independent School Teaching Residency, M.S.Ed.
  • Medical Education, M.S.Ed.
  • Mid-Career in Educational Leadership, Ed.D.
  • Penn CLO, Ed.D.
  • School and Mental Health Counseling (Executive Format), M.S.Ed.
  • School Leadership, M.S.Ed.

Please complete the following form to schedule such a meeting, and you will receive an email from the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid with follow-up information.

Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are necessary to arrange your meeting. No plans are finalized until you receive confirmation.

Please indicate two dates and times of availability so that we can coordinate your visit. We recommend providing at least 7 days advance notice so that our office can accommodate your request. Program meetings can only be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and there is limited availability for campus tours during the summer semester.
