Biography
As Director of International Business Development at JMD in China, Rose Xue helps lead the largest education technology, media, and assessment summits in China, bringing together luminaries in education, business, technology, research, and innovation. In her various roles, she facilitates leading-edge global convenings, resource engagement, and business partnerships.
Rose serves as the lead organizer of China’s Global Education Technology (GET) conference and Asia ATP, which brings together leaders in testing and education across the globe. She works at the nexus of international education, edtech, and learning innovation and brings deep expertise in global strategy, cross-cultural program management, and scaling education initiatives.
Rose Xue launched the Penn China Ed/EdTech Leadership Network and co-leads and teaches in Penn’s Global Education Entrepreneurship China Certificate Program. She holds a master's degree in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. Earlier in her career, she co-founded a prominent education consulting firm with five branch offices across China, where she leveraged her expertise to bridge international educational resources with local learners and institutions.
