Professional Biography
Davido Dupree is an assistant professor at the Community College of Philadelphia, where he teaches courses in child and adolescent psychology and experimental research methods in psychology. His research interests include basic research addressing the effects of such factors as exposure to violence and racial identity status on the cognitive functioning of African American adolescents as well as evaluations of interventions designed to address such social issues as community violence and disproportionate minority contact with the juvenile justice system. He received his Ph.D. in Cognition and Development from Emory University.
