Professional Biography
After serving as an Upper School Division Head, Dean of Faculty, English Department Chair, and Grade Dean at three independent day schools in New York City, Kate Fox Reynolds has joyfully returned to full-time teaching in the Middle and Upper School English department at Riverdale Country School, where she serves as Co-Director of the Penn Fellows Program. Ever curious about schools as living and evolving systems, Kate has spent her career encouraging student agency, examining ways to support and empower teachers, especially those new to the profession, and exploring means to center equity, inclusion, and reflection in all of her school practices.
