Professional Biography
Dr. Dana Kaminstein is an adjunct assistant professor at Penn GSE. He serves as co-academic director of the Penn CLO Evidence Block, along with Sharon Ravitch, Ph.D., and as academic director of the Educational Research Block of the Penn Med Ed Program. Also at the University of Pennsylvania, he is an affiliated faculty member in Organizational Dynamics, Liberal and Professional Studies at the School of Arts and Sciences; he also teaches at the School of Social Policy and Practice and the Fels Institute of Government. Dr. Kaminstein is a qualitative research specialist at the Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion (CHERP) at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs in Philadelphia. He teaches courses in Qualitative Research Methods, Organizational Diagnosis, Group and Team Dynamics, and Small Group Processes. He consults with organizations at the system level and for 25 years designed and taught in leadership development programs all over the world for Wharton Executive Education.
