Professional Biography
Andrew Kingsley (he/him) is the director of Penn’s Independent School Teaching Residency (ISTR) Program at the Riverdale Country School. Andrew started his teaching career as a teaching fellow within the ISTR program at the Roxbury Latin School and then enjoyed serving as an ISTR mentor at Riverdale. A big proponent of interdisciplinary teaching, Andrew teaches courses in American studies, climate change, and queer history at Riverdale. When not in the classroom, Andrew enjoys playing tennis and making crossword puzzles.
