Professional Biography
Mary McNevin is the Director of Talent Management for U.S. Venture in Appleton, WI. She is a growth-oriented talent management executive with 20+ years of experience in learning, talent management, succession planning, and strategy development. Her mission is to impact lives through learning and to create a competitive advantage through targeted talent initiatives. Recently, she has returned to Wisconsin after having served as the Chief Learning Officer of Signature Healthcare in Louisville, KY, a healthcare organization with 20,000 employees and 130 facilities. Prior to that, she was the Global VP of Talent Development and Organization Development at McCain Foods Ltd and launched the company’s first global learning center serving 55 facilities on six continents.
Dr. McNevin earned her doctorate (Ed.D.) in Work-based Learning Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania/Wharton School of Business. Her dissertation focused on Executive Coaching in the C-suite. Dr. McNevin also holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a M.S. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
