Professional Biography
Jennifer S. Moyer is an executive coach and leadership development consultant for JSMoyer Consulting. She provides executive coaching to all levels of an organization including senior executive rank, mid-level and first-time managers, and medical students. Jennifer is certified by the International Coaching Federation and currently has a collection of local, national, and international clients. Past and current clients have varied backgrounds, including technology, energy, hospitality, charter schools, clinical trials, government think-tanks, and academic medicine.
Her professional roles have included director of a service leadership camp, senior administrator in academic medicine, and developer of leadership curriculum for various entities. She was instrumental in the creation of a unique and new medical education curriculum that incorporates emotional intelligence training at the University of South Florida’s Morsani College of Medicine. She is a facilitator for coaching clinics at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. Jennifer is also a meta-coach and faculty member for Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification program.
Jennifer is certified in the use and administration of the Emotional & Social Competency Inventory, a 360-degree assessment tool, as well as DiSC assessment and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is an MBTI Master Practitioner and has been qualified to administer MBTI for over 15 years and is one of approximately 200 people in the world qualified to administer MBTI Step III. Jennifer graduated from Penn State University for her undergraduate education and completed her master’s in Education at the University of Virginia.
