Professional Biography
After serving as WeWork’s chief people officer for two years helping the company's start-up culture thrive as it scaled five-fold into new markets across the globe, Mr. Reid-Dodick now works with co-founder and Chief Culture Officer, Miguel McKelvey, to extend WeWork's "culture operating system" or "cultureOS" to help enterprises and entrepreneurs build and evolve great cultures.
WeWork believes culture is the energy that surrounds us - it shapes who we are and how we work. As such, culture is an output, and the key thing is to focus on the right inputs. The popular conversation would suggest that the inputs are things like ping pong tables, nap pods, and free lunch. Those are perfectly fine employee amenities. But the things that truly shape culture are deeper and more profound. They're also systemic and integrated. That's why we call them the "cultureOS."
