Professional Biography
Meg Riordan is the Director of External Research at EL Education, a K-12 non-profit organization that partners with more than 150 schools and serves 4,000 teachers and 53,000 students in 31 states. Dr. Riordan directs several research projects, including EL’s Teacher Potential Project, a federally-funded research project studying the impact of EL’s curriculum and coaching on teachers’ practice and students’ achievement. She also spearheads the Building Equitable Learning Environments project, which focuses on how Crew (advisory) can be an engine for equity to support all students in experiencing a sense of belonging in school.
