Professional Biography
Jordan Templeton serves as the dean of instruction at Graham Elementary and Middle School (GEMS), an EL Education partner in Columbus, Ohio. Templeton began her education career with Teach for America Los Angeles, teaching elementary and middle school math in PUC and KIPP schools. She later honed her project-based learning design and instructional methods as a teacher and leadership fellow within the High Tech High organization, a network of fully immersive project-based learning schools. There she earned her administrator’s credential while gaining her M.Ed. in School Leadership from the High Tech High Graduate School of Education. Templeton is passionate about changing systems and structures to promote the design and implementation of equitable and authentic learning experiences.
