Professional Biography
Carlton Tucker is a semi-retired educator who has served for 10 years as a mentor in Penn GSE’s School Leadership Program and is currently the co-coordinator of its Mentor Program. Carlton is also a trustee of the Moses Brown School in Providence, RI.
Carlton has been a teacher and administrator in independent schools for almost 35 years. He began his teaching career at Choate Rosemary Hall, spent over a decade as department chair and a curriculum coordinator at San Francisco University High, and was Upper School Head at Princeton Day School for two decades.
Carlton earned his B.A. (with honors) at Williams College and three master’s degrees at Stanford University (Education, History, & Humanities).
