Professional Biography
Jeanette K. Winters is Igloo Product Corp’s senior vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer. Dr. Winters is responsible for designing and implementing world-class solutions in challenging global environments, resulting in performance and productivity improvements for Igloo.
Dr. J (as she known at Igloo) is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience leading corporate talent management, diversity & inclusion, organizational development, and enterprise learning functions at global Fortune 500 organizations (Intel, American Express, Pitney Bowes, and Amgen).
Known to enable individual and corporate growth, meet expectations for transformation and revenue generation, and enable achievement, she is committed to helping organizations perform better while supporting all. Dr. Winters is a true champion for all the people she serves—from the chief executive officer to the front-line customer service professional, manufacturing technician, or mid-level manager.
Dr. Winters holds a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C. She is a certified executive coach from the Hudson Institute. She is also a NeuroLink certified practitioner and also holds a certificate in neuroscience and leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
