Professional Biography
Dr. Zora Wolfe is an Assistant Professor of Education, at Widener University (Chester, PA) where she primarily teaches in the K-12 Educational Leadership Program. Her areas of expertise include developing teacher practice in inquiry-based pedagogy, collaborative inquiry communities, and teacher leadership. Her current research focuses on how to develop and support productive learning communities within schools, including how principals can support teachers in their development as teacher leaders. In addition, she focuses on supporting the development of these ideas through online spaces, in online and hybrid educational leadership classes and school based professional development. Dr. Wolfe’s education career has spanned from teaching kindergarten at an American school in Taiwan, to teaching high school math and science in New York City and Denver, CO, where she was part of the founding staff and principal of a charter high school.
