Join The McNeil Center for Early American Studies at Penn Arts & Sciences for a webinar conversation between Whitney Martinko (Villanova University) and Mark Humphries (Wilfrid Laurier University) on the use of generative artificial intelligence in the teaching of early American studies. Martinko and Humphries will discuss how teachers and students are using AI in History classes. They will consider opportunities and challenges of using AI for such purposes as transcribing or translating historical documents, building bibliographies, and brainstorming and editing historical writing. Q&A with the audience will follow.
