Biography
Ricardo Campo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Endeavor Schools, a leading network of high-performing independent private PK–8 schools across the U.S. Guided by a vision to unleash the potential of both students and educators, he built Endeavor on the belief that schools thrive when passionate educators are supported with the right resources, tools, and leadership. Today, Endeavor serves thousands of families while fostering a culture of excellence, purpose, and growth in early education.
Before founding Endeavor, Mr. Campo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rocket Learning, where he was also part of the ownership group. He was responsible for financial oversight, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives, helping the company become the largest provider of supplemental educational services across 45 U.S. school districts. He also played a key role in Rocket’s entry into the early learning sector through the acquisition of Baby Stars, a preschool company with a proprietary curriculum.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Campo was Vice President at Advent-Morro Equity Partners, an affiliate of Advent International, where he sourced and evaluated investment opportunities, advised portfolio company leadership teams, and helped position companies for successful exits. He also served as a director on several boards during his tenure. He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS in New York, where he worked on more than $10 billion in transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged buyouts.
In addition to leading Endeavor Schools, Mr. Campo is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where he has served as Chair of the Miami chapter. He remains deeply committed to leadership development and to building organizations that combine strong culture with strategic growth.
Mr. Campo earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with concentrations in entrepreneurial studies and finance from Babson College, graduating magna cum laude as a Babson Family Scholar. He also holds a Master of Science in Education from Penn GSE. He lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife and three children.
