Developed by Penn GSE and the Teacher Development Network LLC, the program focuses on five core components: vision, relational trust, listening, language, and protocols. Participants engage in four interactive modules, attend live sessions with expert coaches, and complete a supervised inquiry project to apply their learning in real-world contexts.
